The client required a specific, high-performance graphite material. Crucially, they could not find a manufacturer or supplier capable of producing the proprietary Tokai Carbon material within India. This sourcing gap was a significant impediment to their product development and domestic production goals.

Following material sourcing, we executed the entire project, which included all 9 necessary mechanical tests required to validate the chosen material:

Finally, we manufactured the actual components required for their final product using the sourced material, ensuring a seamless supply chain.
